StackHive ("the app") is developed by Triad Solutions ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the app handles and why. We designed StackHive to keep data on your device wherever possible.
Your game progress — levels, stars, coins, streaks, settings and cosmetics — is saved locally on your device only. We do not operate a server that collects or stores this data, and it is not transmitted to us.
StackHive shows ads through Google AdMob. To serve ads, AdMob may access your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) and limited device and usage information. On first launch you are asked, through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt, whether to allow tracking. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will be less personalized. You can change this choice anytime in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking. Purchasing "Remove Ads" removes interstitial advertising.
Google's handling of this data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
If you sign in to Apple Game Center, your leaderboard scores and Game Center identity are handled by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy. We only submit scores (such as your best endless run or daily streak) to the leaderboards you see in the app.
In-app purchases are processed by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment details.
If you enable daily reminders, the app schedules local notifications on your device to remind you about the daily challenge. These are generated on-device and send no data to us.
StackHive is suitable for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "last updated" date.
